1/ Our services Bare pitch 6 people maximum

This is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan (7 m maximum including boom) or camper van 7 m maximum. Your stay is calculated from a basic package which includes the pitch, the person(s) planned according to the package, your installation, your vehicle and access to the reception and sanitary facilities. Additional costs (additional person, additional vehicle, pets, etc.) are not included in the package and will be added to it.

a - Comfort package Pitch for 2 people + electricity, 1 camper van or 1 van or 1 car with a tent or caravan.

b - Privilege package Comfort package + Fridge + BBQ

c - Private sanitary package Comfort package + a shelter equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink, a fridge, a plancha

d - Rental accommodation

 

Our prices include people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation and cannot be exceeded), water, gas, electricity, a vehicle, access to the reception facilities. Your wishes for a specific location or accommodation on the campsite can only be satisfied according to our possibilities. You are asked to respect other customers as well as all the facilities of the Marius campsite. Accommodation and locations must be returned in their original condition. Otherwise, additional costs will be charged.

 

Key handover Rental accommodation: Arrival from 4:00 p.m. departure before 10:00 a.m. Pitches: Departure before 11:00 a.m. Arrival after 2:00 p.m.

 

Any overtime will be charged (see current conditions) If the next customer cannot settle into their pitch due to your delay in departure, the latter will be compensated for the amounts incurred for their relocation, all these costs will remain your responsibility and Camping Marius will not be held responsible. Your accommodation must be returned clean and in good condition.

 

Additional activities

Any free or paid activity mentioned in this document may, in certain circumstances beyond our control, be modified or cancelled upon your arrival on the site. As such, we cannot be held liable. Supplements Regardless of the formula chosen, additional costs will be charged for additional people, visitors, etc. Our prices include tax*, do not include tourist tax*. The tax is charged at the same time as your accommodation. It is payable on the same payment dates. It is not modifiable or refundable.*subject to change without notice

 

2/ Payment of the stay At the Marius campsite: possibility of paying in 3 installments without charge(excluding deposit) The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival. Failing this, the reservation is considered cancelled under the conditions set out in article 6 and the stay put back on sale. Any person arriving at the place of stay without having first paid the balance will be refused. For the deposit as well as the balance, you can honor your reservation or your stay by the following methods of payment: French bank check and postal check, holiday vouchers, postal or cash money order, bank card. Checks, transfers and money orders will not be accepted less than 25 days before your arrival. Payment terms Any firm reservation request from the buyer must be made in writing and accompanied by: payment of a deposit comprising 25% of the cost of the stay and the contribution for cancellation insurance (if taken out). This reservation only has contractual value upon receipt by the buyer of a confirmation of stay.

The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.In the event that the balance is not paid within the indicated time limits, it is considered cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below apply. In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer is informed that he has no right of withdrawal.

 

3/ Last minute reservation

Any reservation made less than 30 days before the departure date must be paid in full and by credit card only.

 

4/ Late arrival and early departure.

In the event of a late arrival or early departure, compared to the dates mentioned on your booking voucher, the entire stay will remain due. You will not be able to claim any refund for the part of the stay not completed.

 

5/ No-show at the campsite

In the event of no-show at the campsite within 24 hours from the start of your stay and without proof and/or news of your arrival, we will dispose of your accommodation. We will retain the costs in accordance with our cancellation conditions.

 

6a/ Classic cancellation

Due to the buyer without insurance: Any cancellation must be notified by mail or e-mail, which will take effect from the date of receipt:

• More than 30 days before your arrival, the amount of the deposit remains acquiredby the campsite.

• Less than 30 days before your arrival, the total amount of the rental is retained.

 

6 b/Check your civil liability before your departure, it will be necessary in the event ofpossible damage. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for yourvacation.

 

6c/Cancellation

due to the campsite except in cases of force majeure, the sums paid for the reservation will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages.

 

7/ Losses, thefts and damages

Camping Marius cannot be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings within the campsite. The establishment declines all liability in the event of theft, incident, fire or any other cause falling under the civil liability of the customer, their companions or visitors. They are advised to contact their insurance company, if necessary, in order to take out any useful extension, civil liability being mandatory.

 

8/ Security deposit

For rental accommodation, a security deposit of 300 euros (including 80€ for cleaning and 80€ for linen provided and 140€ for any other compensation) will be requested upon arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay and at the latest within eight days by mail from your departure. For pitches 20€ for the magnetic key, 20€ for the European adapter and 100€ for privilege pitches. Plus €150 per bike and €300 per canoe. The campsite reserves the right to keep part or the total amount in the event of damage to the accommodation and its contents and/or equipment on the campsite, to deduct the amounts necessary for cleaning if this has not been carried out correctly upon departure. If departure occurs outside reception opening hours, the accommodation will be checked later and the deposit destroyed.
The customer is informed and accepts that in the event of costs exceeding the requested deposit, additional compensation will be charged, your certificate of liability will be requested.

 

9/ Minors

Minors unaccompanied by their parents or guardians are not accepted. For safety reasons, ball games; bicycles; etc. are prohibited on the campsite. You are responsible for your children, they must be under your full supervision at all times, including the playgrounds. Children under 3 years old are guests of the Marius campsite: their stay is not charged.

 

10/ Animals

Only one dog per rental (category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed) We require that dogs be kept on a leash within the campsite, they must not be left alone on the pitches. Please ensure that you respect the hygiene and environment of the campsite. The health record must be presented upon arrival at the campsite. Rabies vaccinations and a tattoo certificate are mandatory. If these elements are not presented, the animal will be refused entry.

 

11/Complaints

Any possible complaint following a stay must be made in writing and sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 20 days of your stay, indicating: the date of stay, the type of stay, the amount paid and payment terms as well as the reason for the complaint. Failing this, no complaint will be accepted or processed. After contacting the management and in the absence of a satisfactory response or in the absence of a response within 60 days, the customer can contact the Tourism and Travel mediator free of charge, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on their website: www.mtv.travel

 

12/Prices*, VAT*, Tourist Tax* €0.61 per day and per person over 18 years old are subject to change without notice. *Prices are indicated in Euros, VAT included at the rate in effect on the day of booking. Any change in the rate or tourist tax on the billing date may be reflected in our prices, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.

 

13 / Publications and Websites are subject to change without notice. The publications are for information purposes only and are in no way contractual.

 

14 / Image rights

It may happen exceptionally that we take photos during your stay. You authorize the Marius campsite to use and distribute your image and those of your companions or visitors free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis for use on any medium, paper, website, social networks for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

 

15 / Stay Failure to comply with all the conditions provided for the stay may result in the customer being refused entry or being excluded without compensation. The customer is responsible for any disturbances and nuisances caused by companions, visitors and pets, if applicable.

 

16/ GDPR

The Marius campsite implements personal data processing to enable it to ensure the management, invoicing, monitoring of its customers' files as well as commercial protection. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the customer has a right to access, query, modify, delete, be forgotten, and have the information concerning him/her portable to exercise with the Marius campsite by email: campingmarius@gmail.comor by post. This request must be accompanied by proof of identity. The customer accepts that his/her data may be used by the campsite for commercial and marketing purposes and in particular to keep him/her informed of promotional and commercial offers.

 

17/ Absence of right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-19 of the Consumer Code, the La Commanderie campsite informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency is not subject to the provisions.
