Zen Reserve: Cancellation policy for stays at the Marius campsite

The Zen Reserve is a formula** that offers you a certain flexibility concerning your stay at Camping Marius.

These 3 cases concern the holder of the reservation contract as well as the participants registered when creating the stay.

Case n°1 MODIFICATION* of less than 8 days up to 72 hours before the start of the stay.
The conditions: Contact us at least 72 hours before the start of the stay with your proof
Proposal: The value of your stay is carried over to the following season at the most
What happens to your stay? The amounts paid related to your stay are kept in your customer area.
The amount of the Zen Reserve remains acquired by Camping Marius, it is non-refundable and is not carried over to the following season.

Case n°2 MODIFICATION* 8 to 20 days before arrival.
The conditions: Contact us between 8 and 20 days before the start of the stay. Proof required: None.
Proposal: The value of your stay is carried over to the following season at the most.
What happens to your stay? The amounts paid related to your stay are kept in your customer area.
The amount of the Zen Reserve remains acquired by the Marius campsite, it is non-refundable and is not carried over to the following season.

Case n°3 CANCELLATION* 21 days before the start of the stay.
Conditions: Contact us at least 21 days before the start of the stay.
Proof required: None.
Proposal: The value of your stay is refunded, the amount of the Zen Reserve remains acquired by the Marius campsite and is non-refundable

The conditions common to the 3 cases:
1- Book this Zen Reserve offer at the time of booking
2- The stay must be fully paid
3- Scrupulously respect the deadlines for each case by sending your situation
